Jonquil is a three piece from Oxford, England consisting of Hugo Manuel, Sam Hudson Scott and Robin McDiarmid. They record in their home, but used to share a studio with the hyperactive Foals at the House Of Supreme Mathematics (which sounds way prestigious.) Jonquil will be releasing One Hundred Suns EP on November 15.

Jonquil is also a member of Oxford’s Blessing Force collective, which features Pet Moon, Trophy Wife, Fixers, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs and Chad Valley – all trying to bump up the creativity of Oxford in the coming years.
