Grab your fanny packs and PBR ready hipsters, because the Pitchfork Music Festival is back. The Pitchfork Music Festival just announced that the festival will take place July 16-18 and it looks like Chicago's Union Park is going to be packed again. Modest Mouse, LCD Soundsystem, and the ever elusive Pavement are headlining the festival this year with a handful of other bands joining them. Pitchfork will be announcing more bands to the festival as it draws closer. No word if there will be a special Friday night event like Pitchfork has done in the past, however they did announce that Friday will be a longer day of music with more bands. Tickets are on sale now with three-day passes running at $90 and one days at $40.
